It is a modern metal materials comprehensive industrial park integrating intelligent warehousing, steel precision cutting, forming processing, and precision intelligent manufacturing.
The intelligent processing system in the park is complete, equipped with intelligent production lines for 1-30mm hot-rolled coil horizontal and vertical shearing, which can stably process 1400MPa ultra high strength flat plates and meet the processing needs of high-end high-strength plates. At the same time, it is equipped with complete production lines such as laser, plasma, flame precision cutting, and automatic welding, and is equipped with deep processing equipment such as shot blasting, rust removal, bending and arc rolling, chamfering and deburring, precision calibration, and gantry milling, which can achieve customized and precision machining of various sheet metal shapes.
For precision and special steel materials, the park has precision processing capabilities such as silver bright materials, cold drawing, quenching and tempering, straightening, peeling, and segmentation, covering the entire process of intelligent manufacturing services from raw material storage, cutting, forming processing to precision finishing.
